How long does shipping take within Australia?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping options are available for delivery within 1-3 business days to most metropolitan areas.
Can I wash my beekeeping veil in a washing machine?
To maintain the structural integrity of the mesh, we recommend hand washing your veil in warm soapy water. The suit itself is machine washable once the veil has been detached.
What is your return policy if the gear doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your suit or gloves don't fit perfectly, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund, provided they are in original condition.
Are your gloves sting-proof?
Our gloves are made from premium goatskin or cowhide leather to provide high resistance against stings. While no material is 100% sting-proof, our heavy-duty materials and long gauntlets offer maximum protection for your hands and wrists.
