A smoker consists of 3 parts; the baffle (or bellow), the nozzle and the fire chamber.
The bellow is attached to the fire chamber which allows you to restrict the flow of oxygen.

These baffles (or bellows) are made for the Beeco smokers.
They are easy to replace and will make the smoker feel like new.

Take off the old baffle and attach the new one with the screws provided.
