At Beekeeping Supplies Australia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your protective gear and apparel. If your suit or gloves don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Clean and Pack
Ensure all beekeeping suits and veils are free of debris or smoke scent and pack them securely in their original packaging with tags attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement size within 3-5 business days.
